AI Connections

Simpl is being designed to connect to one AI platform at a time. The connection is optional, permission-based, and can be revoked whenever you choose.

What a connected platform may do

• Read your active workout notes within permitted date ranges.
• Read optional training context you provide for AI use.
• Read minimal Apple Health workout summaries only when separately authorized.
• Send future workout program proposals to Simpl for your review.

What it may not do

• Edit or delete completed workout notes.
• Approve its own proposal or publish directly to your calendar.
• Read deleted notes, friend calendars, public-link settings, or account credentials.
• Access Apple Health routes, heart-rate samples, or data Simpl does not collect.

Workout proposals

Plans sent by an AI platform arrive as pending drafts. You can inspect, edit, reschedule, approve, or reject each proposal. Only approved items become ordinary Simpl notes.

One active platform

Only one AI platform can be connected to a Simpl account at a time. Switching platforms revokes the previous platform’s access. Drafts it already created remain available because they belong to you.

Connection status

AI connections are in development and are not yet available in the public Simpl app.
