Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Simpl account and associated personal data at any time.
Delete from Simpl
Open Simpl, go to Settings, choose Account, and select Delete account. The app will ask you to confirm before the request is submitted.
If you cannot access the app
Email privacy@simpl.app from the address associated with your account. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.
What is deleted
Your account profile, workout notes, saved training context, AI connection authorizations, and imported workout summaries are scheduled for permanent deletion. Information that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance may be kept only for the required period.
Timing
Active data is removed after the product’s stated recovery period. Backup copies may persist temporarily until they rotate out under our backup schedule.
Disconnect an AI platform
You may revoke an AI connection without deleting your Simpl account. Disconnecting prevents new access but does not delete drafts you already accepted or kept in Simpl.
