Data Deletion

Delete from Simpl

Open Simpl, go to Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete Account. Review what will be deleted, type DELETE, and confirm. Your account, account data, access, and active connections are deleted immediately. This cannot be undone.

If you cannot access the app

Email privacy@simpl.app from the address associated with your account. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.

What is deleted

Your account profile, workout notes, saved training context, AI connection authorizations, and imported workout summaries are permanently deleted. Information that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance may be kept only for the required period.

Timing

Deletion is completed immediately after you confirm it in the app. There is no recovery period and the account cannot be restored. Encrypted backup copies may persist temporarily until they expire through normal backup rotation.

Disconnect an AI platform

You may revoke an AI connection without deleting your Simpl account. Disconnecting prevents new access but does not delete drafts you already accepted or kept in Simpl.
