These terms govern your use of Simpl. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for access to your email account and devices. Keep your account information accurate and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your content

You retain ownership of the workout notes and other content you create. You give Simpl the limited permission necessary to store, synchronize, render, and share that content according to actions you take in the product.

AI-generated drafts

Connected AI platforms may generate workout suggestions. These suggestions are informational drafts, may be incomplete or unsuitable for you, and are not medical advice. Review every draft before approving it and consult a qualified professional when appropriate.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt other users, or use Simpl to violate applicable law or the rights of others.

Service changes

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Simpl. When a material change affects your rights or data, we will provide appropriate notice.
